However, many students ignore it because they do not have enough free time: lots of young people work at a part-time job; they have plenty of home tasks and spend the majority of a day at college. It is not a reason to replace reading books with watching videos. Select one hour per day when you can freely read something you like. It may even be during your traveling from college to home.

So, it is better to choose green tea. This drink helps us relax and make our brain work more effectively.
Go For a Walk
It is a good habit to go for a walk every day. It will help you relax and continue working with a renewed energy. Pick out ten or twenty minutes per day and spend them outside without gadgets and thoughts about work. After such a procedure, you will be able to generate more extraordinary ideas and will not get tired very fast. Your brain will get some oxygen and blood circulation will become better.
Smart people not only read books and play chess; they do some physical activities as well. You may get a gym membership or just exercise at home. It will boost your energy for the whole day and make your intellectual work more productive. A recent research showed that people who do some physical activities every day have higher IQ scores. So, it is just a myth that being clever means having a bad shape and excess weight. Keep both your body and mind in good conditions.
All in all, it is a pretty good idea to do these activities every day. It will not take too much time if you organize your day correctly. Try to note all important things which you have to do per day. Of course, you may add some other ideas and realize them. However, keep in mind: being overloaded is a bad thing, which affects your productivity at college and health conditions as well. It is a good idea to spend your day communicating with clever and interesting people, who can share their knowledge with you. If you meet with a less smart person, it will be better to avoid setting a close contact. Such people cannot give anything good to you. Moreover, you will suddenly become like them: a person who does not have a personal opinion tries to copy others and cannot speak up.
