Then begin to drive slowly around the house. It is not an easy way, but it can be of a real help. After that, start driving in the early morning. That is a perfect time as there are only few cars in the road so you have a miserable chance to get into trouble. The matter is that your fear will disappear sooner or later, but you have to start coping with it. Do what you are afraid of and believe that your life will be happier without that fear.

Be Ready

If you began to fight with your fierce enemy, think about the worst outcome of the situation. You have to be prepared for everything. Create the worse situation in your head, which will be connected with your fear. Do not be optimistic in that moment as that manner of thinking can ruin already achieved results. After thinking about the worse, plan your actions. What will you do if something goes wrong? That is very important tip as if there is an unexpected situation you will be ready. In that way, it will not be as frightening as you were preparing to. You will live through this situation in a much calmer way than you planned in your thoughts. You will be more likely to destroy that fear once and forever. With this action, you will also motivate others to get rid of the fears.

Share Your Fear

As simple as it sounds, it may be the hardest tip to follow of all. Everyone wants to seem brave and be able to look the enemy in the eyes, everyone at least once thought of a good way to deal with the situation that scared them post factum. We do not want to talk about what makes us vulnerable, but until we have this hidden Achilles’ heel, we will remain vulnerable not only for the enemies, but for the friends. Talk to someone about what you are afraid of, do not be afraid to seem silly, as it will be one more fear to overcome, and watch the miracles that will follow.
